Here is the answer. The software is called 'Fraps'. It enables you to capture videos realtime. It is also a benchmark software which shows you the frame rate per second when you are playing a game. Also it can capture screenshots with a press of a key. And the best part is it's totally free.
You have to do a simple thing to capture your favorite game. Just start Fraps as the administrator and then start your game and press the Hotkey when ever you want to record. To stop recording press the key again. And click the title to go directly to the Fraps download page. There is also a full version with more options, but you have to purchase it.
