Samsung's Phone Camera

Samsung Galaxy Camera

At the beginning, when phones came with cameras we used to call them camera phones. It has been about 15 years since the first camera phone was introduced. Now Samsung has introduced a camera that can be used as a smart phone, a phone camera. Lets see the specifications of this phone, I mean camera. Galaxy camera is a 16MP one that has 21x optical zooming. It also has a xenon flash and features a wide-angle 23mm lens. It is also capable of recording HD videos in both 1080p and 720p.

Now lets go to the phone part of Galaxy camera. Sadly it doesn't support GSM voice communication as it doesn't support 2G networks. But it has 3G and it also supports LTE. The chipset of this is a Exynos 4412 quad one and it has a Quad Core 1.4Ghz Cortex-A9 processor. It also has Mali-400 GPU and a 1GB ram. It comes with Android Jelly Bean out of box.  So as you could see, the smart phone features are pretty competitive too. The display of Galaxy Camera is a 4.8 inch 720p HD Super LCD one. The Galaxy Camera has an internal memory of 8GB and you can expand the memory by using a microSD card. This is expected to be released before the end of this year and lets see how this hybrid camera would survive in the market then.
